MamaTrack

MamaTrack ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by INA Webtech. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the MamaTrack mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and encrypted password.
• Health and family data: pregnancy dates, baby profiles, growth records, vaccination records, feeding logs, sleep logs, and reminders you enter.
• Profile photo: only if you choose to upload one. Never shared externally.
• Device information: device type, OS version, anonymised usage data to improve performance.
• Subscription data: Google Play subscription status and order ID only. No payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the MamaTrack service.
• To send push notifications for reminders and appointments you have configured.
• To manage your subscription through Google Play Billing.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers hosted in the EU (Hetzner). We use TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

4. Health Data

Health information you enter is stored solely to deliver the app's features to you. This data is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, insurance companies, or any other third party.

5. Google Play Billing

Subscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never store or process your payment card details. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Push Notifications

We send notifications only for reminders and appointments you set up. You can disable them anytime in device Settings → Apps → MamaTrack → Notifications.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share your data except with: Google Play (subscription only), Hetzner (EU server infrastructure), or when required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

MamaTrack is for adults (parents and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

• Access – request a copy of your data.
• Correction – update inaccurate information.
• Deletion – request permanent deletion of your account and data.
• Portability – request a data export.
• Opt-out – disable notifications or delete your account anytime.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you via in-app notification for significant changes.
